Pricing & Booking Information

General Pricing Policy

  • Rates are for 1 to 6 guests – no additional per-person charges.

  • A minimum stay of 2 nights applies to all bookings.

  • Weekly discounted rates and non-refundable options are available.

  • Full payment is required to secure your reservation.

Booking Policies

  1. Booking Confirmation

    To confirm your booking, 100% prepayment is required. A confirmation email will be sent once payment is received.

  2. Children

    Children of all ages are welcome. A maximum of 4 children can share with 2 adults per stay. Baby cots available on request (for children under 3). Babysitters can be arranged (additional charges apply). Children 13+ are charged as adults

  3. Payment Methods

    We accept: Bank transfer, Credit card, Debit card. All bank charges and transaction fees are the responsibility of the guest.

  4. Cancellation Policy

    More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund. 15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% refund. Less than 15 days before arrival: No refund.

  5. Non-refundable rate

    10% discount but no refunds under any circumstances.

  6. No-Show & Early Departure

    No-shows are non-refundable. Early departures are not eligible for refunds.

  7. Check-In & Check-Out

    Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested but are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. Guests under 18 may only check in with a parent or legal guardian.

  8. NO SMOKING

    Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A cleaning fee will apply if this rule is broken. Designated outdoor areas may be available.

  9. Quiet Hours

    Please respect our quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00 to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbors.

  10. Pets

    We are unable to accommodate pets. Guests arriving with pets will not be permitted to check in and no refunds will be issued.

  11. Damage & Liability

    Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Any damage must be reported to the manager immediately. If damage is found after check-out, we will contact you within 24 hours to resolve the issue.

  12. Disclaimer

    Rozenhof Villas is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected events.
